Charity Fundraising


The charity 'Children with Cancer UK' depends on the support of fundraisers. I contribute by dressing up as Mr. Tickle, a character created by R. Hargreaves.


I completed several marathons in support of ‘Children with Cancer UK'’. As an experienced marathon runner, I ran in a ten-kilogram costume for the charity. Over approximately 8 years, I have collected several thousand €.


My motivation: If I give up in a marathon, it's temporary. If the children give up, it's their end.

Guidance to establish fair business processes


The human capital department underwent a restructuring of business processes under my guidance. With the goal of establishing uniform procedures for diverse teams spanning 20 global locations.


To facilitate open and appreciative communication, we developed the conversation format
