I am an experienced Diversity Coach with over 40 years of personal experience, turning limitations into strengths. Each challenge has helped me grow and become more attuned to people's needs. With 25 years of industry experience and a focus on compliance, I critically examine processes, identify obstacles, and develop solutions that drive meaningful change. My leadership style fosters value-driven collaboration and strengthens understanding of people's needs.

The assessment offers a structured approach to support organizations in implementing a DEI initiative. By analysing the current status, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and highlighting areas for improvement, the assessment helps organizations understand the facts needed to implement effective measures such as conflict management or gender parity.
